I arrived at a young age when Richland was only dirt and prefabricated housing, Kennewick was a small thriving retail/industrial area and Pasco was only railroad and agriculture. The transformation to where we are today, through development and population increase has been phenomenal.

Through the years I have experienced almost all phases of the real estate industry, beginning with homeowners insurance (clerical position), Legal Secretary in a real estate law office, Loan Officer for two major lending institutions, Escrow Officer for two large title comIpanies and now, the part that is most exciting to me--a real estate professional. This experience encompasses 52 years.
